This cava is the result of blending the grape varieties of the Penedès Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Aged for more than 18 months in the bottle. Pale yellow colour with greenish streaks. Aromatic with fruity hints and gentle aromas of ageing. Fresh, gentle, silky, slightly dry and very round on the palate. Its delicate gustatory properties means it goes well with assorted salads, pasta, rice and fish dishes.

Bright gold. Aromas of ripe orchard and pit fruits are complemented by baking spices and orange zest. Juicy and focused on the palate, with crisp, light-bodied flavors of fresh pear and nectarine. Could be a bit more filled in but I like this Cava's energy and finishing cut.

|A delicious, bubbly blend reminiscent of fresh lemon zest and ripe apple. Elegant and lithe on the palate, from a classic blend of 30% Macabeo, 20% Xarello, and 50% Parrellada. Finishes long and clean. Pair with: fried seafood, tapas, sushi, creamy cheeses.
