Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret Chateau La Courconne 2010

Very good wine now, improves with air, probably will improve with more time in bottle. I really like the balance of red fruit and spice. With the black fruit adding bass notes to the higher notes of red fruit and spice, this is a very complete wine.

1st tasting - Red fruit on the nose, red fruit on palate. Baking spice – very zinfandel like. Syrah shows with some black pepper on finish. Good acidity.

2nd tasting, 20 minutes later – More black fruit on mid palate, with some mildly bitter secondary notes (coffee, cocoa?)
