Brilliantly fruited, complex and interesting Chenin Blanc nose of stone, apricot and peach and hay. The same flavors carry through to the palate, and the wine is a joy to drink. Enjoy with a complex goat cheese and some great bread!

100% Chenin Blanc from vines up to 50 years in age planted in soils of clay, flint and limestone. Natural fermentation in one to three year old barrels (1/4 new). The 2009 was bottled in September of 2010. 15 g/l of residual sugar but enough acidity to give balance. Amazingly fruity and floral in aroma with a distinct peach note. An excellent example of Chenin. Very limited.
