Review

This third release of our Non-Vintage Carnaval is once again a sweeter style wine with a nose of white peach, apricot, and mango. The palate features a refreshing sweetness balanced by bright acidity and a lingering finish of honeysuckle, more stone fruits, and floral notes.

Technical notes

Varietal: 59% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir, 14% Reserve Wine

Food pairing

A slightly sweet sparkler that pairs with both savory and sweet dishes. For savory, serve with oysters rockefeller, mushroom quiche, or bleu cheese. After dinner, compliment with fresh fruit and berries or a slice of cheesecake.
