Tasting notes

A medium-bodied red with ripe aromas and flavors of redfruits, cherries and violets are backed by soft and dusty tannins. Notes of spice and bitter almonds are featured on the finish.with varietal aroma of peach and pear. Crisp with a refreshing and persistent finish.

Technical notes

Organic estate grapes from the Romigberg vineyard planted on the shores of Lake Caldaro at 820-1,000 feet to sandy, loamy soils were fermented and macerated for 14 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged for three months in large Slavonian oak casks.
