Paso A Paso Tempranillo is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes hand harvest and selected from the best vines found in La Mancha. Careful vineyard selections, long slow fermentation and maceration followed by a gentle againg of six months in French oak combine to create a wine with optimum balance on fruit, spice and robust aromas.

(aged for six months in French oak): Bright purple. Cherry-cola and blackberry on the intensely fruity nose. Juicy and focused, with ripe dark fruit flavors that become chewier with air. A spicy note builds with air and adds cut to the gently tannic, nicely persistent finish.
