Tasting notes
Lively and aromatic is what you get with Vermentino, particularly when planted on the island of Sardegna. Contini’s Pariglia reveals pretty aromatics of orange citrus, undertones of flowers, and a marked herbal character. A nice line of acidity gives structure, and modest salinity keeps the savory qualities present. One of the best values I’ve found. Over delivers, which is a good thing.
