91 Points, Stephen Tanzer's IWC: An explosively perfumed bouquet evokes fresh melon and apricot, with lively mineral and spice notes adding vivacity. Creamy and expansive on entry, then more nervy in the mid-palate, with very good depth to its sappy pit fruit and honeydew flavors. Gains spiciness on the finish, which clings with very good tenacity. This weighty but vibrant wine will be very flexible at the table. – Josh Raynolds

Every Autumn I challenge myself to find special wines to pair with my favorite Fall dishes. This season, the San Clodio Ribeiro 2009 is such wine. What I truly love about this cuvée is that the flavors are mineral-driven with notes of  citrus, honey and herbal nuances. Superb acidity brings out the best savory quality of most dishes, such as my favorite Autumn soup, Maple-roasted butternut squash soup. – Oscar Garcia, Wine Buyer
