With a balanced acidity and subtlefeelings of carbonic own fermentation, making this wine very fresh in the mouth. With an intense persistent aftertaste. Pairing: All kinds of fish and seafood, as well as being an ideal wine for first coursesor appetizers

Tasting notes
Color: cherry-red with blue trim and ruby. Upper middlelayer, clean and very bright. Aroma: Intense red fruit smell all ripe, spices, light notes of vanilla and toasted a richbackground. Taste: Tasty, well structured, with good balance, developing the character of high quality tannins. It looks elegant, with very good concentration of fruit, large and persistence, standing feelings of coffee, cocoa and red berries. Comprehensive finalwith delicate spicy, long and intense.

Review
When I tasted the Argum Sauvignon Blanc, it was love at first sip. This is a pure expression of Sauvignon Blanc that invites you in and dances on your palate. Visually, the wine is enticing with pale yellow hues with greenish tones to excite the eye. It has an ample nose with balanced flavors of citrus and white peaches. It is elegant and youthful, but most importantly, it is so satisfying. So what else is there to ask from a wine? Nothing, if you ask me.

It's a cultural tradition in Spain to gather around with friends and family at a Tapas Bar to enjoy an afternoon of football (soccer), wine, and tapas. On a recent Thursday at La Rioja Tapas Bar in Astoria, Queens, this tradition became my reality as I joined a few friends to watch Spain take on Italy. I knew that I was in for a great afternoon when I was introduced to Manuel Vicente Ortiz, chief winemaker of Viñedos y Bodegas el Castillo.

Food pairing
My favorite food pairing with Argum Sauvignon Blanc is Croquetas de Bacalao (cod fish fritters) with a lemon aioli sauce. The crunchy and warm flavors of the croquetas and the creaminess of the aioli pairs heavenly with the bright citrus flavors of this delightful Sauvignon Blanc.
