Most of the vineyards are terraced. Brandan is made from 100% Godello Orientation: South facing Soil: slate Viticulture: The vineyard work is all done by hand including harvest. Fernando Gonzalez is in charge of the viticulture and practices biodynamics. Vinification: The winemaker is consulting oenologist Raul Perez. He ferments the wine naturally in stainless steel. Aging: No oak aging.
