Wine: Gamay de terroir elegant and floral, quite fond, can be served on fine poultry, fish, or meats
Vinification: indigenous yeasts. No SO ˛ during winemaking. Fermentation: 7 days. Breeding 8 months lightning. Unfiltered.
Domain: The domain of Bruno Debize covers 4 ha encépagés Gamay, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris. The vineyard is biodynamic since 1999 and organic agriculture, Demeter certified. The harvest is manual and the vinification is traditional sugaring without and with addition of yeast. The wines are then aged in barrels and oak barrels.
