The Stellar Winery, situated 275 kilometers north of Cape Town on the road to Namibia, is the largest producer of fine organic wines in South Africa. Stellar Organics is the first organic winery to receive the coveted "Fairtrade" accreditation, and was also the first South African winery to produce a commercially practical no-sulphur added wine. This 100% South African Shiraz was produced without the addition of sulphur dioxide during any stage of the winemaking process.

Dark brick red in color, the nose hints of ripe, savory raspberry aromas with a touch of earth and a pleasant spiciness. Soft and fleshy with plenty of flavor, the tannins are approachable and well integrated with a long lasting finish.
