|2009: 89-92 Points - James Suckling, Wine Spectator: "Loads of fruit, coffee and chocolate character. Woody. Full and velvety, with a long finish. Concentrated. A delicious and generous young wine. "
2009: 90 Points - Robert Parker, Wine Advocate: " A top-notch sleeper of the vintage from Jean-Luc Thunevin, this Canon Fronsac has loads of fruit, full-bodied, voluptuous texture and a certain elegance coming form the fresh acids and beautiful purity. The wine possesses a long finish, but unlike several of the Fronsacs, it could use some cellar time. This wine can be drunk now or cellared for up to a decade."
