Tasting notes

Conceived as a quality wine, using eco-friendly growingpractices on chalky-clay soils, the most suitable for growing Tempranillo. Bright and lively colour, maintaining the original fruit and wine aromas, with hints of liquorice, violets, stewed fruit and vanilla. Pleasant, well-structured tannins. Easy to drink, with a pleasant mouthfeel and a tasty, lasting finish.

Wine maker notes

Choice grapes were stemmed, crushed and fermented employing state-of-the-art technology at our winery in San Vicente. Malolactic fermentation took place over a period of four months in new American oak and 10% French oak barrels. Aged in the bottle for at least three months before being put on the market.
