Review
Casot Vino Rosso. The name doesn't tell you much. The flavor however, will. Made from organically grown Freisa, a grape that shares similarities with Nebbiolo, with perhaps a bit more color and fruit. On the nose, violet and berry perfume swirls from the glass, complimented with balanced tannins and appetizing acidity. A real food wine, from fish to meat to pasta and beyond!
