Bieler Pere et Fils Coteaux d'Aix-En-Provence Sabine 2012

This rose has a vibrant salmon pink color with aromas of watermelon, rose petals and strawberries that continue into the palate. The mouth-feel is round and soft with modest acidity at the finish. While some more traditional Provence Rosés tend toward a leaner profile with high acid on the finish, Bieler blended for a more generous mid-palate and softer finish which provides an increased approachability.
