Tres Palacios Charonnay Reserva 2010

The nose is filled with ripped tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango and banana.

It is ideal as an aperitif and to accompany salmon, sea-bass, white meats and Chinese food. The mouth is fresh and fruity, with nice acidity and some mineral notes. It is mouth-filling, tasty, with good acidity due to the maritime influence, and long-lasting.

Very little work is done at the vineyard in terms of removing leaves, not to over-expose the fruit to the sunlight. Thus we achieve good fruit expression and nice acidity. Only few days before harvest the fruit is exposed to the sun to get a perfect ripeness but not burning the aromatic components.
