The Domaine des Anges Cotes du Ventoux is a blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah.

Rich raspberry flavors with touches licorice and chocolate on the nose. Subtle woodland fruits on the palate, followed by silky tannins leading to a full, rich finish.

2007 "Formerly the Cotes du Ventoux, now just Ventoux is the area surrounding Mont Ventoux, "The Giant of Provence." These hills provide wines that are fruity and lush, with moderate acidity and spicy secondary notes. That is exactly what you get from the Domaine des Anges. It's bright and lively, incredibly food friendly, and easy to drink on its own. It's a great party wine; one that it's easy to like and hard to dislike, with no "funk" and little to no apparent tannins."
