| 2007 "Formerly the Cotes du Ventoux, now just Ventoux is the area surrounding Mont Ventoux, "The Giant of Provence." These hills provide wines that are fruity and lush, with moderate acidity and spicy secondary notes. That is exactly what you get from the Domaine des Anges. It's bright and lively, incredibly food friendly, and easy to drink on its own. It's a great party wine; one that it's easy to like and hard to dislike, with no "funk" and little to no apparent tannins." Paul Bressler, 67 Wine Rhone Buyer |
