Technical notes
Ballestero Malbec is an exciting new venture from Roberto de la Mota and Carlos Pulenta, two of the greatest talents working in Mendoza today. The grapes are sourced from Pulenta's best site in Lujan de Cuyo. The Ballestero (100% Malbec)is their first wine, 50% of which is raised in French oak barrels, one third of which are new. The wine is marked by de la Mota's striking ability to combine richness, elegance, depth and balance.
