Tasting notes
Clear ruby-red in color with purple highlights, this Piedmontese red sparkler is aromatic and fragrant with notes of sweet plum, blackberries and red cherries. Sweet but balanced on the palate by vibrant acidity, the delicate bubbles will dance on your tongue! Pairs brilliantly with anything chocolate, or bomboloni filled with raspberry jam.

Technical notes
Bera Brachetto is made from the aromatic red variety of the same name. This frizzante undergoes fermentation using the Charmat method and is macerated with the skins for about six hours. The result is an alluring rosy colored wine with delicate bubbles and buoyantly fruity notes.
