Sustainably produced from vineyards in Chipiona, a small Spanish town located on the Atlantic coast in the province of Cadiz. The sandy, clay soils of Chipiona are perfect for winemaking, particularly Moscatel. Most of the wine made in this region is sold to larger houses, but Florido is one of only two producers who remain independent. Known as “Mr. Moscatel”, Cesar Florido stops the fermentation process by adding natural grape spirits, producing a deliciously balanced fortified Moscatel.
