Made from grapes certified organic by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers). Bonterra's commitment to organic vineyard management is based on farming fundamentals: building organic matter in the soil with cover crops, welcoming the natural predators of vineyard pests, controlling weeds by physical means, and encouraging natural air flow around the fruit.

This Cabernet offers aromas of Bing cherry, currants and raspberry, with spicy notes of cedar and dried cranberry, with notes of French vanilla bean. In the glass you’ll find juicy red berry flavors, and a very approachable, rich and velvety mouthfeel. Good structure, polished yet soft tannins with lively acidity and subtle spice that carries through the long and impressively lingering, finish.
