|Howard G. Goldberg, New York Times May 4, 2008:
Year after year, Lamothe de Haux, a minor château, produces enticing Bordeaux blanc blends. The succulent 2007 shows why they have become a cult white in New York.
Mainly sauvignon blanc, the ’07 is perfectly balanced by sémillon and muscadelle. Drink it lightly chilled, with a Cobb salad and, as the Bordelais do, with langoustines and smoked salmon.
