| In our Hoya De Santa Ana Vineyard, at an altitude of 825 meters, a unique terroir and old ungrafted vines combine to yield distinctive, genuinely expressive Jumilla wines. Monastrell is our region's classic variety and with Altos de La Hoya we aim to capture its essence. We select from our top lots, utilizing only wild yeast for fermentation, and the age the wine for a minimum of 6 months in French barrels. |
