IIchiko Shochu is a distilled spirits made from Japanese barley in the Oita Prefecture. This shochu is refreshing and clean and can be sipped on its own, or over the rocks.

Refreshing aromas of ripe orchard fruits and melon gather on the nose as well as subdued hints of toasted wheat. In the mouth, it is much more delicate with a touch of pear and a malty sweetness. The finish is quite smooth.
