Very silky and floral, this red reminds me of Burgundy with its bilberry, violet and raspberry aromas and flavors. The grainy tannins show the other side to this wine, which needs time for the two components to balance. Ends with a long, intense, fruit-filled finish. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2014 through 2027. 12,500 cases made. –BS

Varietal Composition: 70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is the most representative of the estate, and exemplifies its originality of flavors and aromas. It was created to express the Terrabianca philosophy to the fullest, and has immediately distinguished itself for its unique personality.The wine has such cellar life and potential, that an “Artist’s Series Collection” of 1.5-, 3- and 12- liter size bottles was added. The production is approximately 95,000 bottles per year.
