Made with the utmost care both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Biodynamic viticulture is maintained in the vineyard to ensure the highest quality of grapes and to preserve the soil and place that make Chandon de Briailles special. In the cellar, the wines are guided rather than forced, bringing out every little nuance and complexity the wines\ has to offer. The result is a wine of delicacy and authenticity. Beautifully balanced and harmonious, this is wine that dazzles not with power or volume but rather with lacy complexity. Drinking well now, it will improve slowly with time.
