From 40-year-old vines planted on a limestone-based vineyard, aged in wooden fut, the rest in vat. Vincent Pinard is one of the most innovative and dedicated producers of the Loire Valley. He has 10 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 2.5 hectares of Pinot Noir, planted mainly on the hard chalky land of the commune of Bué. These wines are made in the vineyard where low yields result in exquisitely elegant wines of great subtlety, complexity and concentration.
