|Grapes are hand harvested in late March. Fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperatures and the resulting wine is aged sur lie for seven months in stainless steel.
|Enjoyable upon release, this wine will maintain its character for 3-4 years. Delicious with seafood, sushi, sashimi and grilled vegetables.
