By means of a very peculiar process of Rioja Alta Viura grape, we produce a personal white wine that is different from the other Riojas. It is fresh with aromatic sensations that remind one of green grass and fruit, extensive, fleshy and persistent in the mouth.
|You probably know the Rioja region in the north of Spain
as the home to deliciously complex reds made mostly from
tempranillo but it is also home to wonderful whites made
from the viura grape.
Beronia Blanco is made with 100% estate grown Viura. Matias Callejas the winery's Chief Winemaker and technical director ensures that only the best grapes are selected. His philosophy is simple: make wines expressive of terroir and varietal.
This wine is full of enticing aromatic fruit. Fresh citrus, crisp nuances of granny smith apples and soft touches of tropical fruit. Lively and refreshingly dry on the palate. A superb tangy finish pairs magically with salted or cured meats, creamy cheeses or sardines cured in olive oil.

|Wine maker notes
|Bright yellow color with green tones. On the nose intense and fresh with fruit aromas such as apple and mango standing out over a base of citrus which gives freshness. On the palate fresh, very fruity with great volume. Balanced with a long and persistent finish.
|This young fresh wine should be served well chilled and is ideal with salads, fish and white meats. - Winery
