The 2007 Shiraz-Viognier (6%) is opaque purple-colored with a spicy perfume of lavender, incense, bacon, and blueberry. Round, ripe, and easy-going on the palate, it can be enjoyed over the next 5-6 years.

Deep ruby. Smoky black raspberry, mocha and dried violet on the nose, along with a mineral hint. Sweet, concentrated and youthfully firm, with sexy red and blackberry flavors supported by good balancing acidity. The finish repeats the dark berry and mineral notes and clings with very good spicy persistence. This should be great with food.
