Light gold. Palish yellow. Intriguing aromas of white peach, green tea, beeswax, pear, nectarine and jasmine. Dense and powerful, but the sappy flavors of nectarine and pear skin are enlivened by tangy acidity and a stony nuance. The refreshingly dry-edged finish features very good spicy lift and a suggestion of honey.
