Vines average 20-years-old from granite areas on the steep slopes of the Rhône Valley’s right bank. All work in the vineyards is done manually and without pesticides, respecting the local environment.

| The grapes are 100% de-stemmed, and undergo fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The fermentation process consists of 4 days of pre-maceration, fermentation with a maximum temperature of 82.4°F, and then maceration for 3 weeks. The wine is matured for 18 months in one-year-old barrels and is unfiltered. |
