Sourced from the estate’s Home Vineyard, 40% of the 2010 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was naturally fermented in old French oak barriques. It presents intense aromas of fresh cut grass, sage and lemon peel with nuances of gooseberries and chalk dust. The full bodied palate is generously fruited with a great line of up-lifting acidity and a long herbal finish. Drink this one now to 2014+.
