Tasting notes

Thick slow moving tears hint toward the intensity and richness the nose and palate will experience. On the nose, aromas of caramelized pineapple, fresh ripe green apples and slight evidence of marzipan. A wonderful combination of medium acidity and richness create a one of a kind texture that is a reminder of Chardonnay’s international popularity. Explosions of super ripe tropical fruits guava and banana lead into intense fresh lemon zest followed by toasted almonds and baked toffee. The caramel notes are a clue to the quality of oak choice to pair with this clone of Chardonnay. The long finish will provide tropical fruits for the next five minutes.
