Umberto Cesari Sangiovese Riserva is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel and aged in Slavonian and Italian oak barrels. An aromatic blend with notes of violet, this dry wine has a rich taste balanced with slight tannins and a harmonious, long finish. This wine is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
