| After various experiments in our cellars, our
winemakers have released this late harvest wine.
We have chosen not to cold-stabilise the wine, so
with time, a natural sediment may form in the
bottle. The wine is made from grapes, hand picked,
with a high sugar concentration which developed as
the grapes dried. After settling the must is fermented
at 16șC in stainless steel tanks during six weeks. |
