A Night with a Louis XIII Cognac
A big part of what we do in our business is to socialize and experience the many pleasures found in drinking very rare wines & spirits. On a recent night, a few of 67wine clients & I were invited to a dinner hosted by Philippe Vasilescu, brand ambassador for Remy De Martin Louis XIII Cognac. Restaurant Clément at the famed Peninsula hotel was the stage for this grandiose experience. A very quaint & intimate room served as the stage for this marvelous night. As guests arrived & the champagne was abundant, we sat down to a superbly executed four-course dinner. The intimacy of the room allow our guests to really experience a true New York moment, in which we all shared stories & dived into many conversations. Tasting the world’s most prestigious Cognac in such an intimate setting was only made better by the company in the room.
