The current release of 67 Wine Somm Series Cava NV Brut is a blend of the three traditional grape varietals used to make Cava: Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada. Methode Traditionnelle (traditional method) and aged for 1 yr in the cellar after disgorgement.
Tasting Notes: Fresh and enticing with aromas of white peaches, brioche and white cranberries. Medium bodied with fine bubbles. The finish is refreshingly dry and clean.
Food Pairings: Perfect as an Aperitif or pair with an array of snacks, or your favorite dishes.
