Produced in vineyards cultivated with the Guyot and Capovolto technique in Belvedere di Volpago del Montello, TREVISO PROSECCO DOC is vinified in white at low temperatures, according to the traditional method, and is successively processed in the pressure tank to produce a sparkling wine. It is a quality sparkling wine with fine and persistent perlage, which unites fruited and floral perfumes with a fresh and harmonious taste. It is great as an aperitif or in combination with light dishes of international cuisine. It should be served at temperatures of 6 – 8° C.
