It comes from a single terroir, Mosset. They are deep, evolved soils, with medium textures that allow a balanced development of the vine and help the grapes fully ripen. Xarel·lo and Chardonnay from old vines fermented separately in new French oak casks, leaving the wines on their mothers for 5 months. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished, it is refined in the bottle before consumption.
Wine with aromas of spices and ripe fruit, notes of cinnamon and tobacco balanced with banana and mango. On the palate it is structured, elegant, creamy and with a long persistence. Many culinary possibilities such as fish and shellfish, even white or smoked meats and suckling pig meat.
