The harvest was conducted under overcast skies, with alternating rain and sun, but ending on a sunny note.  Fermentation was quick, but nonetheless maintained good tannin concentration. The wine has an intense colour, and a harmonious, subtle bouquet. This is a fine, balanced wine that will age well. A wine of great class.
