Emmanuel Fleuriet Le Legende De Saint Martin Sancerre Blanc Cuvee Prestige 2021 750ml

Intense and fresh nose of citrus, apricots with a clean very delicate mineral notes.  Very substle and long on the mouth with white peach, plums, along with white flowers and a hint of citrus. The color is a fabulous pale gold color with brilliant bright green hints. 

Pair with a variety of fish along with white meats and cheese.  Try with lemon chicken, a blueberry pie, or tuna with asparagus.
