Patiently stored for long years in the underground cellars of the Poli Distillery in oak barrels, vacuum bain-marie distilled.
Its aroma recalls a basket with pineapples, some mandarins and a mango.
The grappa is made from Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Muscat pomace. The "Crysopea" process is used for the distillation. This new process takes place in a water bath with negative pressure. It is then stored in French oak barrels for up to one year.
