Hailing from the boutique SanzonTokaj winery in the village of Erdőbénye in the heart of Tokaj, Sanzon is owned by Erika Rácz and Gergely Jánosi. The wines are fully organic. The Classic Furmint is a rich yet taut white wine with lots of flavour. Stone fruits, honey and subtle smooth oak character is supported with a backbone of juicy lime, hints of smoke and a grippy finish.
Pairs beautifully with: Chicken wrapped in streaky bacon, bell peppers stuffed with beans, feta and tomatoes, white pizza, smoky mackerel fillet, or salmon and buttery new potatoes.
