Ned Goodwin MW writes:  Glazed quince, marzipan and fecund stone fruits careen along a mid-weighted palate, towed by typically saline acidity and a furl of smokiness. A warm year. And it shows. A blend of all plots that are not designated for the Foscarino. Volcanic soils only. Partly sourced fruit. All Garganega. Screw cap. Drink or hold.  - James Suckling 90

Eric Guido writes:  The 2022 Soave Classico Vin Soave entices with a whiff of crushed stone and chalk dust, giving way to crisp green apples. This blends ripe orchard fruits with stimulating mineral tones and fresh acidity. Silky and refined yet saline in character, this finishes remarkably fresh, with a lively tension that calls the taster back to the glass.  - Vinous

Winemaker Notes
On the nose there is the nectar of field flowers such as chamomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with an almond finish, typical of Classic Garganega.
It pairs well with risotto, white-fleshed fish, crudo and sushi or salads.

Eric Guido writes:  The 2021 Vin Soave isn’t bottled yet, but it is already firing on all cylinders. It’s amazingly floral and very pretty, yet understated with gingery spice, yellow flowers and a spritz of lime. This is silky and round with masses of saline-minerals, orangey fruits and unexpected depths. The finish is long and perfumed, leaning a bit toward the tropical spectrum. The 2021 totally punches above its price point.  - Vinous

Monica Larner writes:  The youngest and freshest wine in this flight from Inama, the 2021 Soave Classico Vin Soave reveals citrus fruit, white apricot, crushed stone and hints of sage or wild herb. This unoaked wine is fresh and delightful to drink on informal occasions. Garganega grapes come from a site with ancient basalt lava soils.  - Robert Parker Wine Advocate

James Suckling writes:  A bone-dry, mineral Soave Classico with a mineral whiff to the limey citrus and green apples. Taut and textured on the palate, underscoring purity and elegance. Drink now or hold.  - James Suckling 92 Points

Allison Napjus writes:  A delicate white, with a floral overtone to the soft and creamy mix of pear, kumquat, stone and spices. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.   - Wine Spectator

Richard Hemming MW writes:  Fairly light, straightforward fruit. Easy-going and very well made, should be a versatile match.  - Jancis Robinson
