Orange + Natural Wines

Pells is 100% Macabeu from a single, northeast-facing vineyard named “Vinya de la Caseta,” planted in 1969. The grapes are spontaneously fermented in a used 225L French oak barrel and 600L clay amphora with around 90 days on the skins.

After racking, the wine ages for 6 months without any stirring. Producer Description.

A light and easy drinking orange wine. Sweet spice, flora, and stone-fruit are present on the nose and palate. Great for those wishing to dip their toes into the vast orange wine world. Short maceration, only 7 day, which was enough to get this beautiful orange color. 100% de-stemmed and of course as this is a natural wine. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2. Producer Description.
