This magnificent Ancho Chili liqueur has been produced in Mexico since 1927. From the city of Puebla, the Reyes family became famous in the region for making the finest liqueur using the traditional chili of the area.
The special Verde Liqueur is created using the still green Poblano Chiles harvested in August before they've fully ripened. The result is a bright, fresh, herbaceous and completely unique concoction that's perfect with agave and other white spirits. The crunchy acidity and fresh green vegetal flavors are what set the Verde apart from its sweeter, richer older Ancho brother. An absolute delight to play with behind the bar. Producer Description.
Genetic testing has revealed that Plavac Mali, an indigenous Croatian variety, is in fact Zinfandel's long-lost offspring. The grape has all of Zinfandel's plush fruit and food-friendly charms, but delivers them in a decidedly lighter frame. Winemaker Description.
Made from its own special recipe, Angostura orange bitters is a complex blend of tropical oranges and spices. “The soul of an exceptional dry martini”; it is wonderfully versatile and pairs perfectly with vodka, gin and whisky.
Producer Description.
Pells is 100% Macabeu from a single, northeast-facing vineyard named “Vinya de la Caseta,” planted in 1969. The grapes are spontaneously fermented in a used 225L French oak barrel and 600L clay amphora with around 90 days on the skins.
After racking, the wine ages for 6 months without any stirring. Producer Description.
This tasty orange wine is made from two white grapes: 70% Roussanne and 30% Sauvignon Blanc with 15 day maceration on the skins. Aromatic on the nose and palate with notes of citrus, dried apricots and stone fruits.
This is a natural wine with integrated tannins and a vibrant lingering finish. Debra, Senior Wine Buyer@67Wine.com
