Shipping policy

Manhattan

All deliveries will include a $3.50 picker, packer & driver fee.  The fee is distributed to our shipping and delivery staff in an effort to help maintain a living wage. Upon request, we will remove the fee.

If an adult is not available to sign and accept your order as is required by state law and a redelivery is therefore requested a fee of $10.00 will be charged for redelivery. 

When your subtotal is over $75.00 (pre-tax) in zip codes 10023 10024, 10025 & 10069 no further fees will be added. If your subtotal is under $75.00, a $10.00 charge will be applied to your order.

When your subtotal is over $99.00 (pre-tax) in zip codes 10019 west side + 10021 10065 10028 10128 10029 east side, no further fees will be added. If your subtotal is under $99.00, a $10.00 charge will be applied to your order.

When your subtotal is over $150.00 (pre-tax) from the Battery to 56th Street and 96th Street to 135th Street no further fees will added.  If your subtotal is under $150.00 a $15.00 charge will be applied to your order.

When your subtotal is over $200.00 (pre-tax) from 136th Street to Inwood when your subtotal is over $200.00 (pre-tax), no further fees will be added.  If your subtotal is under $200,00, a $20.00 charge will be applied to your order.

Outside of Manhattan

Brooklyn & Queens on Tuesdays via our white glove air-conditioned vehicle if your subtotal is over $199.00 (pre-tax). If your subtotal is under $199.00 (pre-tax), a $20.00 charge will be applied to your order. Optional delivery days other than a Tuesday | Delivery to Brooklyn & Queens Monday, Wednesday to Saturday via local carrier - $30.00,  up to twelve bottles regardless of subtotal.

Long Island including the Hamptons, Nassau, and the rest of Suffolk on Fridays via our white glove air-conditioned vehicle if your subtotal is over $199.00 (pre-tax). If your subtotal is under $199.00 (pre-tax), a $20.00 charge will be applied to your order. Delivery to Nassau County Monday, Wednesday to Saturday via local carrier - $50.00 up to twelve bottles regardless of subtotal.

Montauk, Shelter Island and Orient Point is delivered via FedEx, carrier charges then apply, regardless of subtotal. Carrier charges are calculated by our website at checkout. Fire Island / Bayshore Ferry: Due to recent changes in the Bayshore Ferry schedule, some deliveries may be postponed depending on overall volume of deliveries to Long Island.

Westchester & the Bronx on Saturdays via our white glove air-conditioned vehicle if your subtotal is over $199.00 (pre-tax). If your subtotal is under $199.00 (pre-tax) a $20.00 charge will be applied to your order. Optional delivery days to Bronx County & Southern Westchester Monday, Wednesday to Saturday via local carrier - $50.00 up to twelve bottles regardless of subtotal. 

Northern Westchester is delivered via FedEx e.g. Peekskill, Sommers, Pound Ridge (as examples), carrier charges then apply, regardless of subtotal. Carrier charges are calculated by our website at checkout.

Staten Island is delivered via local carrier - $30.00,  up to twelve bottles regardless of subtotal.

Other areas of New York State such as Rockland County, Orange County, Tompkins County, Albany & Western New York is delivered via FedEx, carrier charges will be calculated by our website at checkout.

Interstate Orders:

The shipping cost to your jurisdiction is calculated by our website at checkout.  The shipping cost is inclusive of the cost to pack the wines in approved FedEx/UPS protective boxing.

Most orders leave Manhattan mid-week and are sent via ground shipping.  If you request overnight or two day shipping please contact us and we will quote you a price.

The shipping cost includes insurance coverage up to $100.00 (pre-tax). If you require or request additional insurance coverage please contact us and we will quote you a price for additional insurance coverage. We will not refund you nor be responsible for any amounts above $100.00 (pre-tax) for breakage, loss of the package(s) unless you purchase additional insurance coverage up to the amount of the additional insurance coverage. 

If an adult is not available to sign and accept your order you be charged again for re-delivery. Typically, UPS and FedEx will make two or three attempts to complete the delivery. UPS and FedEx will indicate on their website when re-delivery will be made via your tracking number. Delivery attempts are controlled by UPS and FedEx not by us. Since your order is an alcoholic product an adult signature by a person 21 years and above in age is mandated. 

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered you will be issued a refund.  However, we will not issue a refund for the cost of shipping only the price paid for the wine bottles and applicable taxes, if any. In addition, you will be charged a shipping fee that UPS and/or FedEx charges us for returning the merchandise back to our business in New York City.
 
Lastly, all interstate deliveries require acceptance of our terms & conditions which will be sent to you via email. If you do not accept our terms & conditions your order will be cancelled and refunded.
