100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialia). Rebula is widely planted on the Slovenian side of the Brda-Collio region and in nearby Vipava Valley. The grape has thick skins and is known to make excellent skin contact wines. Pikasi rebula has no skin contact but still has a distinct structure and presence on the palate. Definitely a pallet driven wine that will compliment a variety of dishes.

Serve it chilled but not too cold with lobster, shrimp, mussels prepared in a variety of ways, grilled white fish, prosciutto, roasted chicken or turkey, and grilled juicy pork chops.
